Duplicate Orders
IDA Connect has an inbuilt check to make sure there are no previous orders in Shopify prior to creating a new one.
Duplicate orders occur when there are two IDA Connect accounts that are integrating the same stores. This causes duplicate orders to occur when the process orders workflow for both accounts run at the same time, because two copies of the same order are created simultaneously.
If you find you have accidentally set up two accounts, contact support for help with consolidating them.
