Orders are Wrong
If an order is wrong it is usually because modifications have been made to the order after it has been synced or processed by IDA Conenct.
IDA Connect does not automatically adjust an order for you after it has been processed.
It is not good practice to modify orders after creation, so most e-commerce systems, including Shopify do not allow it. Unfortunately, The Iconic may allow orders to be modified after they are created. Any orders you modify manually after processing will need to be managed manually also. This is due to Shopify not allowing orders to be changed after processing.
If you need to modify an order post-processing, you will have to handle it manually.
