Can I override the inventory sync?

In special circumstances, you may wish to override the inventory integration for individual products.  For example, if a product currently has 10 units available in your Shopify inventory but you wish to have only 5 units in The Iconic.

At this time, IDA Connect does not allow for the inventory sync for individual products to be adjusted. 

You can use the Reserved Inventory feature, however, this will apply to all products. This feature will simply subtract a number of items from the inventory levels.
